Diabetes is a chronic life-long disease in which the body cannot properly convert food into energy. Most food that a person eats is eventually broken down into blood glucose (also called blood sugar), which cells need for energy and growth. Insulin (produced by the pancreas), is a hormone that helps glucose to enter cells. In people with diabetes, the body does not make enough insulin, or it does not respond to insulin properly. This causes glucose to build up in the blood instead of moving into the cells.
There are three major types of diabetes:
- Type 1 - diabetes is usually diagnosed in childhood. The body makes little or no insulin, and daily injections of insulin are required to sustain life.
- Type 2 - diabetes is far more common than type 1 and makes up 90% or more of all cases of diabetes. It usually occurs in adulthood. Here, the pancreas does not make enough insulin to keep blood glucose levels normal, often because the body does not respond well to the insulin. Many people with type 2 diabetes do not know they have it, although it is a serious condition.
- Type 3 - diabetes is becoming more common due to food habits, stress, increasing obesity, and failure to exercise.
- Gestational diabetes is high blood glucose that develops at any time during pregnancy in a person who does not have diabetes.
DiabCurbTM is a combination of some unique herbs like Meshasringi, Meghavarna, Sriphal which have the power to check the pathological conversion of starch into sugar in cases of increased production of Glucose.
DiabCurbTM controls the release of glucose from the liver and helps achieve tighter control of body glucose levels and keep it within safe levels.
Symptoms:
Fatigue, nausea, frequent urination, excessive thirst, weight loss, blurred vision, frequent infections, and sores that do not heal. However, some people with diabetes do not have any symptoms.
Directions:
Add two grams of DiabCurbTM to hot water, mix well, and take twice a day before food.
Precautions:
Monitor blood glucose level periodically.
Avoid excess carbohydrate food stuff, and fruits with very high sucrose content.
Choose an enjoyable physical exercise every day, (at the same time of day, if possible.)
Keep stand-by food that contains a fast-acting carbohydrate in case you become hypoglycemic during or after exercise.
Drink plenty of fluids that contain no sugar, before, during, and after exercise.
P.S. Herbals do not have any impact in cases of Type I Diabetes. |
